Hey there, fellow busy parents!

I’m Lina, a working mom in my forties with two energetic kids, a full-time job, and a life that never slows down. Recently, I decided it was time to take charge of my health and commit to a 5-day juicing plan. I’ve been on a journey to feel better in my body, manage stress, and prioritize my well-being which I wasn’t that focused on in my thirties, and let me tell you—I was just as hesitant as you might be right now.

I am also a passionate nutrition coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of modern-day stress through the power of food.

Like many of you, I had a ton of doubts before diving into juicing.

Spoiler alert: It did! In just 5 days, I dropped 2.5kg, my skin was *glowing*, my nails were stronger, and I finally had that flat stomach I’ve been chasing for for a while. Not only that, but my cravings for alcohol and caffeine disappeared—I was genuinely energized without needing those pick-me-ups. I feel good in my clothes again, and, most importantly, I feel *good* in my body.

By Day 3, I woke up feeling clear-headed and *naturally* energized without caffeine. And at night? I was sleeping better than ever! You’ll be amazed at how much energy your body can generate when it’s fueled by pure, clean nutrients.
